Altisource Unit Rolls Out REO Sales Tool

Altisource's default software subsidiary Equator has launched a new suite of tools for real estate agents to provide insight into the market of bank-owned properties.

Called Equator Agent Elite, the program provides agents with access to data on local REO markets gathered from the country's top servicers by Equator. Additionally, the program allows agents to receive real-time notifications for when there are new REO properties available on Equator, so that agents can pursue marketing a listing with the servicer or asset manager in question.

"Empowering progressive REO real estate agents with actionable local insights and improved REO marketplace tools benefits our servicers as well as agents," Equator Senior Vice President Michael Schreck said Monday in a news release.

"By arming agents with local market intelligence and servicer certification requirements, agents can become more attractive to the country's top servicers who want their assets marketed more effectively to deliver improved ROI."

Agent Elite also includes a platform workflow training program. Agents receive Equator certification badges to display on the Equator platform when they complete the training.
