Altisource has expanded its offerings to include foreclosure auction services.
Among the new services being made available are onsite foreclosure auctioneering with Altisource's nationwide network of auctioneers and preforeclosure marketing services through Hubzu's digital marketing platform, the company said in a news release.
The Luxembourg-based company will also be offering online second-chance auction services as part of the Federal Housing Administration's Claims Without Conveyance of Title program. These auctions will use Hubzu's digital auction platform.
The new services are intended to enhance current disposition service offerings, according to John Vella, Altisource's chief revenue officer.
"With these new offerings, we're providing servicers with alternatives to historical disposition approaches as they look to achieve excellence in managing their delinquent portfolios," Vella said in the release. "This enhances our end-to-end solution suite for our growing client base."
