Prior to LRES, he was the business development manager at InsideValuation, a provider of commercial and residential evaluations, which LRES acquired in March 2016.

Ellie Mae said that Lester Liu has joined the company as senior vice president of corporate development.

Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Lester served as vice president of global corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and strategy for Visa.

Prior to Visa, he was a senior vice president in technology mergers and acquisitions with Lehman Brothers/Barclays and held similar positions with Merrill Lynch and Thomas Weisel Partners.

Premier Reverse Closings has appointed Anneta Pope as its new vice president of sales.

Pope will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and creating customized title and settlement solutions for the reverse mortgage industry.

She most recently served as vice president of business development with Finance of America Reverse.

Ditech Financial has hired Sue Johnson as vice president responsible for the IT performing servicing applications management team.

Johnson has more than 40 years of experience in financial services leadership positions, including technology, operations and project management.

She joins Ditech from JPMorgan Chase, where she managed mortgage servicing and home equity application teams.

LeaderOne Financial has hired Todd Leddon as senior vice president of capital markets.

Leddon has over 15 years of mortgage banking experience in retail, correspondent, wholesale and warehousing channels with major lenders, including Bank of America.

In his new role he is focused on interest rate risk management, securitization, loan pricing, margin management, financial modeling and negotiations.

Reverse Mortgage Funding has appointed Tom Dickson as national leader of its financial advisor channel.

Dickson, who has been educating financial advisors on reverse mortgages for almost a decade, will be responsible for managing RMF's "Retirement Experts Network," an online educational platform designed to help financial advisors learn more about important retirement issues.

Dimella brings to the company 20 years of experience in the mortgage banking and consumer finance industry.

Majewski brings more than 29 years of mortgage lending and settlement services experience to his role and previously served with TitleSource, Opteum Financial Services and Baytree Mortgage.

Prior to joining Simplifile, Yeager was responsible for developing technology and workforce solutions for consumer lending, retail banking and wealth management products at Xerox.
